What sizes do you offer?

A5, A4, A3 and on some selected prints A2

Do the prints come framed?

No they don’t come framed we only sell prints

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes we do! All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How are the prints packaged?

All of our A3 and A2 prints are package in acid free tissue paper and carefully rolled into a sturdy postal tube. Our A4 prints are dispatched flat in a protective polythene bag for protection against the elements and placed in a sturdy board backed envelope.

What do I do if my print arrives damaged?

We do our best to ensure all items will arrive with you safely and in perfect condition however in the unlikely event that your item does arrive damaged in anyway please contact us with your order number and photos of the damages and we will get back to you asap.

Do you do custom prints

Sorry we don’t but be on the look out for new prints as our shop is being updated regularly. 

Custom charges - international shipping only

Some orders that are shipped overseas may be charged custom fees or customs tax. Please note Delish Decor can not be held responsible for these extra fees. This is the responsibility of the buyer. 

How long does delivery take?

All UK deliveries are posted Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and overseas orders are posted Tracked

UK SHIPPING 
Royal Mail First Class  aims to deliver within 1-3 working days

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
1. TRACKED aims to deliver to International destinations within 5-7 working days. You will receive online tracking progress, items are electronically scanned at 6 different points, in the UK and overseas to the point of delivery.

3. CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES – Most orders will arrive within the stated time but delivery times may occasionally take longer at Christmas and allowance should be made for this. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail and other delivery services but will assist where possible. We can not be held responsible for orders not arriving in time for Christmas.

What if I want a refund or need to return the print?

You can have a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase up to 14 days after purchasing. I do not refund postage costs. Please visit the contact section stating your order number if you have any issues with your order or want any further information.

No returns on orders where wrong size has been ordered.

Please note that any requested refund will only be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition.
